宁夏在古丝绸之路中有着举足轻重的地位，悠久的中国历史文化与伊斯兰文化在这里相交汇，造就了独特的历史文化遗存。2013年中国政府提出“丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”（简称“一带一路”）这一发展理念和机制，宁夏被纳入“丝绸之路经济带”中作为战略支点发挥其重要作用。

Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region is a significant city on the Silk Road with the integration of long history and Islamic culture, and has formed a unique historic and cultural advantage. When the Chinese government puts forward the philosophy of “One Belt and One Road”(B&R) which refers to the “Silk Road Economic Belt” and “21st Century Maritime Silk Road”. Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region was fortunately drawn into this effective framework and started to play a function as a fulcrum.

宁夏作为新欧亚大陆桥中承东启西、连接南北的中枢，交通网络四通八达，全区高速公路通车里程达1300公里，为贸易往来大大降低了物流成本。首府银川位于“呼-包-银-兰-青经济带”的中心地段，辐射人口2000多万。在国家“一带一路”建设中，宁夏被确立为内陆开放型经济试验区并开设了综合保税区，为国际企业进入内陆提供了便捷通道。如今，宁夏经济增长已连续13年超过全国平均增长水平，与120多个国家和地区开展了经贸往来，一批国际、国内500强企业相继落户宁夏，为经贸合作提供了广阔的空间。

Owning to its convenient location and transportation, Ningxia helps to reduce the cost of transportation in trade with Middle East countries. Yinchuan, as the capital city of Ningxia, is located in the geometric center of China, the core area of “central of Hohhot Baotou-Yinchuan – Lanzhou – Qinghai economic zone”, with 1,300 kilometers highway which links the eastern and western regions, carrying a population of about 20,000,000. During the formation of the “One Belt and One Road”, Ningxia was established for the “Inland Open Economic Pilot Zone” and “Yinchuan Comprehensive Free Trade Zone”, and has formed a convenient external passageway for international entrepreneurs. Up to now, Ningxia has established long-term business relationship with more than 120 countries，and introduced a group of top 500 companies to local market successfully, brought a wider cooperation platform to our trade partner. Through a number of attempts, the economic growth of Ningxia has expanded more rapidly than the national average over the 13 successive years.

为加强宁夏与“一带一路”沿线多国间特色商品的贸易往来，增加与中东、东南亚等地区沿线地域间经贸文化的交流，建立广泛、互惠、共赢的经济合作伙伴关系，2016(首届)中国·银川“一带一路”沿线国家商品交易会将于2016年5月12日至5月16日在银川国际会展中心举行。展览面积2万平方米，规划国际标准展位600个，展品涵盖食品饮料、服装服饰、手工艺品、日用商品等多个领域，预计参观流量将达10万人次。

In order to strengthen the trade contacts among the cities along the “B&R”, increase the trade & culture exchange with the Southeast Asia, the first China·Yinchuan “B&R” International Trade Fair will be held from 2016 May 12th to 16th in Yinchuan Conference& Exhibition Centre. This exhibition is working on a comprehensive, reciprocal, and win-win cooperative partnership with all our trading partners, which covers 20,000 square meters with 600 standard booths and about 100,000 visitors. And products involve 10 industries including food and beverage, apparel, artifact, general merchandise and so on.

中国大陆商品展区：食品、服装服饰、手工艺品、日化用品等；

港澳台商品展区：居家饰品、玩具礼品、食品饮品、电子产品、美容保健品、服装鞋帽、文化创意产品等；

国际商品展区：

中东展区：玫瑰木制工艺品、玉石铜器家居用品、特色服饰等；

东南亚展区：手工艺品、热带水果、水果制品、珠宝玉石、珍珠、竹编工艺品等；

日韩展区：化妆品、服装服饰、紫水晶首饰、特色食品等；

欧美展区：食品饮料、化妆品、服装服饰等；

Inland area: food, apparel, artifact, general merchandise, etc.

Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan area: shamballa bracelet, toys gifts, food & beverage, electronic products, cosmetics, apparel, creative projects, etc.

World Pavilion

Middle East area: rosewood handicraft, Jade & bronzes, special costume, etc.

Southeast Asia area：artifact, tropical fruit, fruit project, gems, pearl, bamboo-woven handicrafts, etc.
